Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe:

1 cup Cottage Cheese
3/4 cup strawberries
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp flax seed
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 scoop splenda

Put in freezer. Before eating,let thaw or microwave a bit to make it softer.

Chicken Broccoli Pizza | San Antonio Personal Trainer



Chicken Broccoli Pizza ingredients:

1 Flatbread Multigrain with flax
3/4 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese
1/2 cup Marinara sauce
1/2 Chicken Breast

Bake in over for about 10 to 15 minutes at about 400 to 450 degrees.

405 calories
40 g protein
32 g carbohydrates
13 g fats
12 g fiber
8 g sugar
